3.  How do you select and screen your hospitals and doctors?

We have personally qualified all of our hospitals and clinics, and only partner with internationally accredited medical facilities, which are held to the highest global standards, including a strict criteria for physicians practicing medicine in their facilities.

4.  Do they speak English?

Yes, all of the physicians and many of the hospital staff are fluent in English. We make sure you have an English speaking person available at all times.

5.  Are all of your hospitals the same?

All of our hospitals are internationally recognized medical centers. All provide the highest quality of care. However, there are differences, some locations offer specialty clinical services, others have advanced medical technology, and some specialize in treating international patients.

6.  Is medical travel insurance available

We offer comprehensive individual medical travel coverage from top carriers. You may speak with a concierge for a quote.

7.  Where will I stay?

Our locations offer a broad selection of accommodation choices, pre-approved for their level of service and proximity to the medical facilities. Our concierge staff will help you select an accommodation that best suits your procedure and budget.

8.  Can I bring a guest?

You may bring a companion, and their travel costs may be included in the total package price.

9.  How do I communicate with the hospitals and doctors?

A dedicated concierge facilitates all communications between you, your doctors and the hospital staff, through phone calls, e-mails and video chat sessions.

10.  Can I finance my medical travel?

Yes, we have financing options available from qualified, reputable lending sources. Ask your concierge.

11.  If I cancel, is the money refundable?

If the procedure is canceled within 72 hours of scheduling and paying your deposit, the deposit is fully
refundable. If you decide to cancel a scheduled procedure for any reason, or if you travel to a provider and
are denied surgery for medical reasons, you are entitled to a full refund of your remaining balance less your
deposit and any actual costs incurred (e.g. for medical shuttle transportation, pre-op testing or hospital stay).

12.  What if my procedure is not covered by my medical insurance?

Our network is available for all procedures, regardless of insurance coverage.
